Welcome to MINDŌ STUDIO. Every piece of wearable art you order is custom-crafted specifically for you as soon as your order is placed.
This premium, on-demand approach ensures the highest quality while reducing environmental waste from overproduction. Because your item is made just for you, it takes a little time to prepare.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to the United States . We do not ship to other countries at this time.
Processing & Production Time
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our partners to print, quality-check, and carefully package your order. During peak holiday seasons, this processing time may be slightly extended.
Shipping Times & Costs
Once your order has been crafted and leaves the facility, the estimated shipping times and costs are:
United States:
- Standard VIP Shipping: 3 to 7 business days $7.95
- Free Premium Shipping: included on all orders over $100
Note: Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Total Delivery Time
Your total delivery time = Production time (2-5 business days) + Shipping time.
- Typical US delivery: 5 to 12 business days
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Multiple Items & Split Shipments
If your order includes different types of products (for example, a Premium Quarter-Zip and a Suigetsu Art Throw), they may be produced at different specialized facilities. In this case, your items may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages. You will receive tracking information for each package separately.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
If your tracking indicates your package has been lost or has not moved for over 14 business days after shipping, contact us at contact@mindostudio.store with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, provide you with a free replacement or full refund.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship your order.
