Shipping & Delivery (USA Only)
Where do you ship from? All orders are produced and shipped from our trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners based in the United States.
Where do you ship to? We currently ship within the United States only, all 50 states.
How long does delivery take? Production: 2 to 7 business days (each piece is individually crafted after you order). Shipping: 3 to 5 business days via USPS or UPS once your order ships. Total time from order to door: roughly 5 to 12 business days.
How much is shipping? Flat rate $7.95 anywhere in the USA. Free shipping on every order over $100.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it all the way home.
Sizing & Fit
How do your pieces fit? Our pieces range from relaxed unisex fits to oversized boxy cuts. Specific fit notes are listed on each product page.
Should I size up or down? If you're between sizes or prefer a looser look, we recommend sizing up. Heavyweight cotton pieces are pre-shrunk for a consistent fit after wash.
Where can I find the size chart? A detailed size guide is included on every product page, just below the size selector.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Because every MINDŌ piece is made-to-order, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it free of charge.
How do I report a problem with my order? Email us within 30 days of delivery at contact@mindostudio.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We respond within 24 to 48 hours.
Care & Quality
How should I wash my MINDŌ piece? Wash cold, inside-out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on the print. Following these steps preserves the Sumi-e ink art for years.
What fabric do you use? 100% premium ring-spun cotton on most tees, with a soft and comfortable feel. Sweatshirts and outerwear use heavyweight blends for structure and warmth. Full material details are listed on each product page.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. Checkout is processed through Shopify's PCI DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
The Brand
What does MINDŌ mean? MINDŌ blends "mind" with the Japanese suffix ō (道) meaning "the way" or "path," a reminder that style is a practice, not a purchase.
Are your designs original? Yes. Every Sumi-e illustration and kanji composition is created exclusively for MINDŌ Studio.
