At MINDŌ STUDIO, every piece is made to order. This means each garment is produced specifically for you, which allows us to operate without overproduction and without waste.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
We do accept returns in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- - The item received is different from what was ordered (wrong product, wrong size, wrong color)
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@mindostudio.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Important notes:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible
- - We do not cover return shipping costs for size exchange requests
- - Custom or personalized items are non-refundable
